JAY-Z and his Queen, Beyonce’, had a great run this year thanks to their OTR concert tour, which rocked the nation and helped fill their coffers at the same damn time!

 DIDDY comes in at the eighth spot on Forbes’ list with a net worth of $820 mil. He credits his success to his superb customer service skills: “..caring made me different, made me better…”. Diddy owns a stake in the television network REVOT; is the founder of the Sean John clothing line and maintains a profitable deal with Diageo’s Ciroc and a partnership with DeLeon tequila, among other financial ventures. He’s a single parent now, on the strength of the untimely demise of his former lady Kim Porter.

 Both of these brothas are prime examples of artists within the HIP HOP industry who acquired an acute business acumen as they climbed the ladder in that cipher. Being an artist in HIP HOP is not enough if you want to be supa rich.
